Instructions on Creating Rainbows: 

1. Pick a spot on a window where the sun directly hits and clean the area 

2. Peel off the transparent backing of the window cling 

3. Spray water on the smooth side of the window film and the window 

4. Place the window cling onto the window 

5. Squeegee the water and air bubbles out 

6. Wait for the sun to hit it directly 

7. Enjoy the rainbows!
