Refund Policy

As stated in the Frequently Asked Questions, all sales are FINAL!
We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or edits to your order(s) after ordering. Additionally, we do NOT replace or refund lost untracked orders.
We have a no-return, no-exchange, no-cancellation, and no-edits policy, which means you cannot return or exchange products for your order after receiving your item(s) to request a return or cancel and edit after you purchased your order.  
As stated in the Shipping Policy, please keep in mind that we are not liable for the packages after they are dropped off at USPS! We are not responsible for the damages done through USPS!
If there are issues or errors with your order, please use the contact form to email us at happylilstudio1@gmail.com with your order number, description of the error, and picture evidence (if applicable). We can get back to you as quickly as possible if the information is provided in your first email.
