Just A Friendly Reminder

HappyLil'Studio is a growing small business from the comfort of a bedroom that continues learning from mistakes. This a friendly reminder that anything shown on screen can look different in person, including colors and cuts. Not everything will be as perfect as HappyLil'Studio would like it to be. But in any case, HappyLil'Studio will continue to make products at home. And will soon one day be able to provide you Happies with the best results that stem from high qualities and partnerships through manufacturers. Please be patient and understanding with the products I can produce as of now!

Where is HappyLil'Studio Located?

HappyLil'Studio is based in Massachusetts, USA.

Who is HappyLil'Studio and Who are the HappyLil'Studio Family?

HappyLil'Studio is the name brand of the Asian-American woman-owned business that started as an idea in the summer of 2022 and now has blossomed into an actual online shop in hopes of spreading HappyLil'Studio's slogan, Let's Be Happy, Happy.
The HappyLil'Studio Family are the 12 ironic, suspiciously childlike, cute, emotionless take on anthropomorphized animals.
The HappyLil'Studio Family consists of Mango, the lazy duck; Fred, the peaceful frog; Domino, the child dinosaur; Pudding, the bread-loving bear; Cherry, the lovable bunny; and Rául, the suave rabbit; Donut, the shy cat; and Eclair, the fashionable cat; Stew, the chef Shiba; Reuben, the simple-minded deer; Kola, the empty-headed koala; and Dash, the "bad-boy" sloth.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

You can expect your order to be shipped within 3-5 business days after it is placed.

How Will My Order Be Packed and Shipped?

Orders that are flat items will be sent in recyclable A6 letter envelopes.
Orders that are non-flat items will be shipped in recyclable bubble mailers.
Tote bags will be shipped in recyclable poly mailers.

What is a Flat vs. Non-Flat Item?

Flat items include stickers, sticker sheets, singular art prints, suncatchers, etc., underneath 3.5 oz or less.
Non-Flat items include tote bags, packs of multiple stickers, sticker sheets, art prints, stacks of suncatchers, etc., underneath 13 oz or less.
  • Flat items can fit in the dimensions of an A6 envelope (4 3/4" x 6 1/2").
  • Non-Flat items can fit in the dimensions of a 6" x 10" bubble mailer.
  • Tote bags will go into a 6" x 9" poly mailer.
If you order a flat and non-flat item, all the items will go into a non-flat packaging.

What's Included In My Order?

Every order will include a HappyLil'Studio business card, a Thank-You Card, and a freebie sticker!

Does HappyLil'Studio Ship Worldwide?

Yes! HappyLil'Studio does ship worldwide!

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the UK or EU due to the VAT TAX through our online shop. However, we are able to ship to the UK/EU through our Etsy shop!

What are the Policies on Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations?

All Sales are FINAL!
We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or edits to your order(s) after ordering. Additionally, we do NOT replace or refund lost untracked orders.
For further details regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations, please refer to our Refund Policy, linked at the bottom of our website.
If there are issues or errors with your order, please use the contact page to send us an email at happylilstudio1@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue or error, and picture evidence (if applicable). We can get back to you as quickly as possible if the information is provided in your first email.
