Shipping and Processing Time

Processing Time:

Unless notified otherwise, you can expect your order to ship within 3-5 business days after it is placed. 
Due to holidays, extreme weather, inaccurate shipping information, and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, shipping may be delayed depending on your location. Please be understanding of the postal service delays. 
All orders will be sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS). 
Due to the VAT TAX, we, unfortunately, cannot ship to the UK or EU. 

Estimated Arrival Times After Items Are Shipped: 

  • USA: 2-8 Days 
  • International: 6-20 Days 

We offer two types of shipping: 

  • Untracked (Flat - Letters/Large Envelopes) 
  • Tracked (First Class Mail/Package) 

Details on UNTRACKED Shipping: 

  • We WILL NOT replace or refund any lost untracked orders! 
  • We both CANNOT see the progress of the order delivery. 
  • This option is cheaper but can only be chosen if all the ordered items are flat. 
  • If you do email us asking where your order is or how long it will be until you receive your order - we do not know. The best we can do is give a rough estimate from the day the order was shipped to the estimated arrival times through USPS, depending on your location. 
  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we can either: 
  • Send out the order once more with the correct address at no charge (if the order is returned to us again, we will not be able to do this option again).
  • Refund the order amount minus the shipping cost.

Details on TRACKED shipping: 

  • This option will automatically be chosen if at least one item in your order is a non-flat item. 
  • Tracked shipping can also be chosen for flat orders; however, we recommend choosing tracked shipping for larger orders! 
  • We CAN both see the progress of the delivery. 
  • We will offer either replacement or refund ONLY if the order is lost, as in: 
  • The order shows that it has been stuck in the same faculty for 4+ months. 
  • The order status shows as untrackable or lost. 
If you think your order is "stuck," we CANNOT offer a replacement or refund unless the order status is stuck for at least 4 months. 
If your order shows as delivered, but you have not received the package, we will not be able to refund or replace the package right away. But please use the contact form to email us at happylilstudio1@gmail.com with your name and order number! 
Or reach out to your local post office. 
Or file a help form on the USPS website if you think the package was sent to the wrong address or stolen. 
  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we can either: 
  • Send out the order again with another charge for shipping costs (the same as the original order - we will provide you with an invoice) 
  • Refund the order amount minus the shipping cost. 
We are not responsible for any import taxes applicable to you or your country. It is the buyer's responsibility to account and pay for them. Purchasing from us means you accept and acknowledge this! 
Please keep in mind that we are not liable for the packages after they are dropped off at USPS! 
We also cannot control shipping times.
